The Fishing
We aim to cater for people of all ages and anglers of all abilities and requirements.
If you are new to fishing or have never fished before, don’t worry your guide is there to make sure you have an enjoyable day. If you have fished before in the UK, the techniques we use are the same and your guide will put you on the best swims.
We mostly use waggler, fishing mid water to the lake bed. Where we have a bit of clear lake bottom, feeder or simple bomb rigs of a quiver tip can be very successful. On some venues a short pole or whip can quickly put together a bag of small fish.
The larger carp can be targeted with boilies, pellet, meat or surface baits.
We have recently had success using fly tackle, casting to surface cruising carp. This can be a very frustrating way to fish, but incredibly exciting when you do hook up into one of the bigger fish.
